We have two robotic machines.
The first, is currently dedicated to the automotive industry, is equipped with an anthropomorphic Comau arm and equipped with 5 independent units on which pressure, compensation, speed and dosage of abrasive pastes are controlled. The units can be used both for polishing and for sanding or brushed finishing. These characteristics make it a flexible and adaptable system for multiple products.
The second is dedicated to the processing of multiple types of items.
Equipped with a Fanuc arm and completed by 7 units including grinding, satin finishing and polishing.
